TC-SAW improves the conventional SAW filter by covering its IDT with a temperature compensation layer. The frequency temperature coefficient (TCF) of TC-SAW is reduced to 0 to – 25ppm / ℃, which is significantly improved compared with the temperature characteristics of conventional saw (usually about – 45~ – 60ppm / ℃). It is widely used in mobile terminals, satellite communications, automotive electronics, radar systems and many other fields.
