On April 24-25, the 8th Growth Conference, jointly organized by the Central Committee of China Association for Promoting Democracy, guided by the China Association for Science and Technology, and co-hosted by the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of China Association for Promoting Democracy and the China Investment Development Promotion Association, was held at the Hangzhou International Expo Center.


At the China Future Unicorn Conference, the China Investment Development Promotion Association, in conjunction with Micro Chain, jointly released the “2024 China Future Unicorn TOP100 List,” and Sappland Microelectronics was successfully selected.

Integrated circuits are the cornerstone of the information technology industry, serving as a strategic, foundational, and pioneering sector that supports economic and social development and ensures national security. As 5G gradually progresses towards 5.5G, marking the commercial debut of the latter, China Mobile has initiated the global debut of 5.5G commercial deployment in Hangzhou. The announcement of the first 100 cities to deploy 5.5G networks officially signals the start of the “first shot” of the commercial era.


Compared to 5G, 5.5G achieves Carrier Aggregation (CA) through more physical spectrum combinations and larger physical bandwidths, thereby further enhancing both upload and download speeds. Consequently, 5.5G poses greater demands on chip design and modular capabilities for RF front-end manufacturers.
