Job description：

Responsible for RF front-end device modeling and filter design;

2. Cooperate with process engineer to optimize structure;

3. Cooperate with test engineer to test related device performance and write performance manual.

Requirement:

1. Familiar with the principles of RF、saw and cavity devices;

2. Have experiences in modeling and designing of resonators and filters, and have ability of independent modeling and design;

3. Skillfully use ads, cadence IC and other design tools;

4. Skillfully use multi physical field simulation tools, such as ANSYS, COMSOL, etc., to model and extract parameters of the device;

5. Fluent English reading and writing ability, strong sense of teamwork.
