Job description:

1.Responsible for FBAR filter device modeling and filter DOE designing;

2. Cooperate with process engineer to optimize FBAR structure ;

3. Cooperate with test engineer to test related device performance and write performance manual.

Requirement:

1. Familiar with FBAR and RF filter;

2. Have experience in modeling and design of FBAR filter devices, and have the ability of independent modeling and design;

3. Skillfully use ads, cadence IC, l-edit and other design tools;

4. Skillfully use multi physical field simulation tools, such as ANSYS, COMSOL, etc., to model and extract parameters of FBAR devices;

5. Fluent English reading and writing ability, strong sense of team work;

6. Accept the arrangement of business trip.
