At the exhibition, Sappland Microelectronics showcased multiple new PESAW series products launched in the first half of 2024. Taking the Band 71 duplexer as an example, it exhibits excellent in-band and out-of-band performance. The typical in-band insertion loss of Tx is only 1.0dB, and the typical in-band insertion loss of Rx is also less than 1.4dB (the Tx and Rx in-band insertion loss of similar products from major foreign manufacturers is generally around 1.8dB). The isolation at Tx and Rx frequency bands is typically 57dB and 56dB respectively, and the second-harmonic suppression of Tx is as high as 60dB. The input power reaches 31dBm@5000h at 50℃, with overall performance comparable to world-class products.
