The 13th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition focusing on new-generation information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, biomedicine, and new energy, new energy vehicles, and energy conservation and environmental protection was held in Hangzhou from October 30 to November 2, 2024, attracting over 30,000 participating enterprises.
Among the five categories, the competition in the new-generation information technology group was the most intense. Over 10,000 enterprises from 37 regional competitions advanced to the national finals. Sappland Microelectronics was among the 247 companies that successfully made it to the national stage.
Organized by the Torch Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is one of the most influential, large-scale, and long-standing innovation and entrepreneurship events in China. Having been held for 13 consecutive years, the competition has attracted over 350,000 enterprises and teams, bringing together various resources for technological innovation and entrepreneurship. Themed “United by Innovation, Together Towards the Future,” this year’s competition aims to promote industrial technological innovation, enhance enterprises’ capabilities in technology commercialization, and contribute to high-quality industrial development.

The judging panel of the national competition conducted a comprehensive and in-depth evaluation of the participating enterprises from multiple dimensions, including technology and products, business model and implementation plan, industry and market, and team members.
